<p> 2.&nbsp; Jumping Exercises &#8211; Crouch down with your knees up to your chest and your back straight.&nbsp; Then quickly, jump up as high into the air as you can and attempt to land in the same position as you started.&nbsp; Repeat this exercise until you are feeling that you have relatively increased your jump.&nbsp; Today, make it an inch higher.&nbsp; Tomorrow perhaps, you should be able to comfortably jump an in. and a half higher.&nbsp; Jumping exercises may also be done by trying to leap and jump over barriers.&nbsp; However , it should be duly noted that safety cares such as a padded floor should be ready to break a fall as basketball players are not be gymnasts who have been trained for years to execute clean, high hurdle jumps.&nbsp;</p>
<p> 3.&nbsp; Toe Raise Exercises &#8211; Toe raising exercises helps with your balance.&nbsp; It also add strength and precision to your footing and thigh and calf muscles.&nbsp; Try this exercise by standing on flat on your sole and slowly standing on your toes.&nbsp; When you are comfortable with the exercise, try it with a little bit of weights.&nbsp;</p>
