How You Can Start To Increase Your Jumping Power

If you are like any person who has played basketball, then you have wanted to be able to dunk. This feature distinguishes a basketball player and if you can’t jump high, you wont be able to compete. The rim is 10 feet off the ground, so you pretty much have to jump 3 feet up, and that is not simple. Step 1, introduction losing excess fat.
