<p> 1.&nbsp; Warm up Exercises &#8211; always start your exercise with a heat up.&nbsp; Begin with a simple stretching of leg and arm muscles followed by a jog that should gradually increase in speed.&nbsp; Warming up will help your body to adapt to the movements of the exercises that will follow much later .&nbsp; Bending your knees up closest to the back of your thigh while standing and keeping your back straight should also be a good heat up exercise for jumping.&nbsp;</p>
